Here's stuff I'm making to help team artists, it's all extremely simple for now, but hopefully soon I'll have more useful information. This sort of demonstrates the plan/workflow of delegating panels specifically. An artist might do a sketch, or they might complete the panel altogether. (But usually I just want the characters done, so I can put in backgrounds myself or have them done separately.) - Working thumbnails to sketches in MSPA style, a simple example Lines don't have to be super clear, just enough that they can be pixelled over by me or another artist. - A very short guide on thumbnails and sequential story drawing A gif showing the different steps of panel creation, feat. Terezi. An artist may have one or all of these jobs. Feel free to drop any other cool tutorials or resources you think are appropriate, or ask me questions to get ideas for new resources I can create. Thanks everybody!

We recently got some messages about flash animation on the @act8official Tumblr, so I thought I would transcribe what Momo had to say in response, as a resource for people (including me) who would like to learn flash. I'll most likely edit this post with additional resources as I find them.
